Let’s create a peaceful, healthy living environment together!
Swachh Bharath Mission

Clean India Mission or Swachh Bharat Mission was launched by our Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi in August 2014. It is nearing 3 years since the launch of this ambitious nationwide program. The enormity of the task could be perhaps best understood from the huge areas to be covered across the cities, towns and villages across the country.  Prime Minister in one of his speeches had pointed out that to transform Singapore into a clean city, it took 11 to 12 years of painstaking work in every walk of life. Considering that Singapore is a city state, it will be a huge challenge for us to bring a similar transformation.  If we are to succeed, every citizen of this country needs to practice cleanliness in every act of our life day in and day out. The biggest challenge under this mission is perhaps changing the mindset of everyone us.
