Science Park Tatbad

This endeavour was made possible with the generous support of M/s. Propel Industries, who stepped up to contribute a substantial sum of Rs. 20 lakhs towards the project. The Science Park, located in Tatabad, once served as a hub of scientific exploration and interactive learning for people of all ages. However, over the years, the park had fallen into disrepair, and its facilities had become outdated, diminishing its potential impact on the community. 

          Recognizing the untapped potential of the Science Park and the need to rekindle the flame of curiosity and wonder in the hearts of young learners, the district administration initiated the rejuvenation project. The renovation project aimed to modernize the park’s infrastructure and exhibits, making them more engaging, informative, and accessible to visitors. The funds provided by M/s. Propel Industries played a vital role in making this vision a reality. The financial support enabled the administration to implement state-of-the-art technologies, interactive displays, and hands-on exhibits, transforming the Science Park into a dynamic centre of experiential learning. Dedicated teams of architects, engineers, and educators worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the Science Park’s revitalization was carefully planned and executed. 

            They focused on striking the right balance between entertainment and education, creating an environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for science among visitors. The completed project stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of the district administration and M/s. Propel Industries. The refurbished Science Park by Chennai based Anki Dyne promises to be an invaluable resource for schools, families, and the entire community, offering a unique space where young minds can explore the wonders of science in a playful and engaging manner. As the renovations have concluded, the anticipation for the park’s grand reopening has been steadily building. The local community and educational institutions eagerly await the moment when the gates of the Tatabad Science Park will swing open once again, heralding a new era of enlightenment and discovery.

The park was inaugurated by Coimbatore Commissioner M.Prathap IAS, In the presence of Propel Chairman Mr. A.V.Varadarajan and Mrs. Vidhya Senthil Kumar, Director (CSR and Branding) on 14.09 2023.
